Don Tim Development Corporation (DTDC) is a real estate development firm based in Metro Manila, with residential subdivision projects in Tagaytay City and Cavite.
DTDC was formed in 1981 to hold the assets of the Don Tim Group, which from the early 1960s had been building businesses across various industries -- including appliances and electronics, shipping, food, and air services. Under the leadership of Don Tim’s son, Agustin Leong, Don Tim Development took advantage of the property boom to acquire more land, and consolidated its resources to venture into residential development.
